i'm one of the wholesaler of redken product in malaysia, i'm quite not happy with the management of ppl at malaysia. i have already complain so many times that the product are selling through others shop without the permit or agreement with Redken company, but the sales Rep. say they have take note of that but yet cant do anything because does't know where they get the product. we are totally lose so many customer because the shop without permit sale the price lower than what we sale. Redken company should check out why this can happen, i think is because the product which supply to some saloon , then the salon ppl sold to the others to fight target like Redken company given last time for trip to bali. so i do hope Rekden company can take some action to protect ours benefit as a wholesaler for this product as soon as posibble.
second, the sales Rep. are not responsibility for my line, she is always late for the product provide in my saloon and always try to nopt give the free product 4 my saloon, i dunno may be she take it sell it outside or whatever.
